Welcome to my commissions page! To request a commission, you must read through this terms of service page and fill out a ticket.
So long as I am accepting commission requests, you can message me and ask for a commission. You can reach me at any of my socials, but I will most likely see your message in Bluesky DMs or Telegram, so please use one of those to ask for a commission!
Alternatively, you could request a commission through Itaku. I will try to keep my Itaku page updated, so if you prefer, check out my Itaku page and request a commission through there.
After you reach out with your idea, I will send you a form to fill out the details of your commission. With that form, you can copy and paste the contents into a new document or DM message, answer the questions, and send the information. You can view the forms for custom and fixed commissions at the bottom of this page!
Once I receive your commission form, I will create a proposition that lists the price and details of your commission (similar to a nice, detailed invoice). At this point, you can request changes free of hassle or payment. Once you and I agree on a proposition, you must sign the proposition, stating that you...
A) Understand and agree with the Terms of Service (aka what you are reading right now), and
B) Agree with the details of the latest proposition, including its price.
Before beginning a commission, I require 50% of the price paid upfront. Once I send you the invoice, and it is paid, I will begin the commission!
During the drawing process, I will check in with you periodically to let you know how far along I have gotten. The phases of creating an artpiece can be broken down into three main phases...
The Sketch Phase
The Coloring Phase
The Touch Up Phase
During these phases, you are allowed a few changes before requests incur fees; see the "Change Policy" section for more information.
The turn around time for all my commissions is about two weeks to a month. A more accurate turn around time will be given on the proposition.
Once the artwork is finished, the last 50% of the payment is required before receiving it. Then I will send your artwork!
Two major changes can be requested for free during the sketch phase, but no major changes past those are free. Every change wanted after the two free ones are used, and every major change after the sketch phase, will require a fee of $2 +10% of the full price.
A major change would be a character change, position change, or large set of minor changes.
The first payment and a signed agreement to the terms of service and proposition are required to start the commission process.
The second payment is required to receive the full finished piece.
Refunds are available ONLY if I cancel the commission. NO other circumstance.
I, the artist, reserve the right to post and use the art as I see fit. This includes posting on my personal accounts, showing them on my terms of service page, and anything else.
I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason; however, if I cancel the commission, a full refund is available.
The buyer is NOT permitted to resell this piece in any way, to feed the art to an AI program, or to use the art for monetary gain.
You, the buyer, are permitted to request changes free of charge or hassle before I begin the commission. Changes are still available after I begin via a change request according to the change policy.
You, the buyer, reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, but without refund. See the refund policy for more information.
